ABOUT ME

My name's Dustin Brown, and I fit just about every trope you have about a freelance editor. I’ve loved reading since I could walk, I’ve wanted to be a writer since I realized normal people can do that too, and I’ve wanted to be an editor since I started helping friends with their own writing projects in college.

This is a one-person project for your one-person project. I take on just a couple of editing projects at a time so I can devote as much attention to your manuscript and your needs as humanly possible.

My editing philosophy is simple: to get the best manuscript possible, you need a passionate writer and a passionate editor. We both have to love what we’re doing to do this well.
